Privacy policy.

Product and review information: When you start an export, the extension reads the product title and page address, reviewer display names, locations shown in reviews, ratings, review text, verified-buyer labels, review dates and review-image URLs. A review location is text displayed by Wayfair, not your device's location.

Export and usage information: It records the export time, review counts, progress, completion status and any validation issues. Product identifiers derived from the site's hostname and product path are stored to track the five-product free allowance.

Account information: Optional sign-in and paid membership use account information returned by ShipLang, including your email address and membership expiration. If you contact support, your email address and message are used to handle your request.

• Check whether the active Wayfair page is a supported product page, load available reviews and prepare the results table.
• Compare collected reviews with the displayed total, identify incomplete exports and show export progress.
• Create CSV text containing reviewer names, displayed locations, ratings, review text, verified-buyer labels and dates, with row numbers. Images and image URLs are not included in the CSV.
• Track free exports, recognize previously exported products, check membership, and provide sign-in, payment and support services.

The latest collected review set, product details, image URLs, export status, free-product identifiers and returned service account information are saved in this browser's local extension storage. The extension does not use Chrome sync storage for these records. Each saved export replaces the stored latest-export record.

The review-export workflow does not upload collected reviews or the free-product list to ShipLang. To load more reviews, it operates Wayfair's on-page controls, which can cause normal requests to Wayfair using your existing browsing session. If Wayfair requires sign-in, the export can stop with a partial result.

The results table loads up to six images per review from the image URLs supplied by the page. Their hosts receive ordinary image requests, including your IP address and standard request information. Image files may also be cached by your browser.

Downloading creates a CSV file on your device. Copying places the CSV text on your clipboard; content may then be available to applications you paste into or other software with clipboard access.

weidali ltd / ShipLang operates the sign-in, membership and payment services. Choosing an upgrade opens crx.shiplang.com, with sign-in first when needed. These service requests include the application identifier, extension identifier, extension version, interface language and, when available, your email address and saved membership expiration. Returned account information is saved locally. ShipLang handles account and payment records needed to provide these services.

• Wayfair and its image hosts serve the source pages, reviews and images. Your use of Wayfair is subject to Wayfair's privacy policy.
• Email services deliver support and deletion messages you choose to send. The extension's support link opens a Gmail compose page.

Storage: Saves review exports, export progress, free-product identifiers and account or membership information locally.

Wayfair page access: The extension's content script runs on supported pages at wayfair.com, wayfair.ca, wayfair.co.uk and wayfair.de. It reads the current page address and review content and operates review-loading controls when you request an export. Chrome's extension settings let you manage the permitted sites.

Local records have no scheduled expiration. The stored latest export is replaced when another export is saved; free-product and account records remain until the extension's local data is removed or replaced. This version has no dedicated clear-data or sign-out button. Removing the extension clears its local extension storage.

Downloaded CSV files, copied text and browser image caches are separate. Delete downloaded files with your device's file controls and manage your clipboard and browser cache separately. Removing the extension does not remove reviews from Wayfair or erase ShipLang's server records.

Data held by weidali ltd is retained long term until the user requests deletion. No backups are maintained.

To request deletion of ShipLang account or payment records, email e@ShipLang.com. Requests are processed within seven days of receipt. The no-backup statement applies to data held by weidali ltd, not independently held records at other providers.

The connected providers listed above apply their own retention and deletion policies to information they hold independently.

ShipLang service pages use HTTPS. CSV exports and copied CSV text are readable data, so consider who can access your device, downloaded files or clipboard before sharing them.

You choose when to collect reviews, copy or download results, use paid services or contact support. You can restrict site access or remove the extension through Chrome's extension settings. Only export and share review information in ways appropriate to your use of that information.
